Unit was exposed to salt water from Hurricane Ike on 9/13/08. Machine shows various signs of damage from storm surge and salt water. The machine has not been powered up since the loss occurred and no work has been done to it, operational condition is unknown.No load out assistance available at location. The breaks are locked up. Please bid accordingly.
